We have been learning logarithms for a couple of days

”log” is logarithms for short, by definition “the logarithm is the inverse operation to exponentiation. That means the logarithm of a number is the exponent to which another fixed value, the base, must be raised to produce that number.”You can put logarithms in the calculator.

There are 3 main parts to a logarithm a exponent, a base, and a fixed value.

There are many ways to put logarithms in the calculator. By pressing “Log” on the calculator you have discovered a shortcut to actually typing it in. Then all you would have to do is type in your numbers.
